I have a clear bra on. Not sure if you can tell from the picture. A clear bra is worth every penny. Makes me feel for confident when I drive on the freeways behind big trucks. Haha

+1. i got xpel put on my car a week after i bought it (entire front end) and, although it hurt ($1400), the peace of mind driving is worth it. also makes washing the car a lot faster.

If you go the wrap route, get some knifeless tape and use that so you don't accidentally cut the vertical sides of your bumper. You'll have to cut the top and bottom with a blade.

I don't think dip would work as well as vinyl in this case, if it has an exposed edge, which can allow the dip to lift off more easily than vinyl would in this situation.
I have thought about making pre cut pieces that will wrap the center portion of the bumper. Maybe I should revisit that project. Anyone in socal interested in bringing in their car to do some test fits?

Thanks guys. The lip is the Bayson style I got from Ebay. Only cost about $80 or so from what I can remember. I wrapped it with 4D Carbon fiber wrap to give it a better appeal compared to the mate plastic look it came with.

Absolutely. I would say wrapping can withstand a bit more than dip. With both, just be care around the corners/edges which once lifted, dirt can debris can build which can lift the wrap/dip. Overall I've wrapped a few pieces on my vehicle and seems to hold up very well.
