Default Invida Q300 or Tanabe Medallion Axle-back?

Looking to get some growl. Which exhaust do you prefer and why? Any input would be appreciated.

I think an exhaust is based on your own preference really. I just got the Invidia exhaust because I like how it sounds.

Did you get the full system? How is freeway driving? Is there a lot of droning in high gears?

Tanabe is extremely popular and we sell alot more of those than we do the Invidia. The Tanabe tends to be a little less raspier especially if you decide to add the midpipe at some point.

I got the full system because the exhaust was not loud enough without the midpipe. Freeway driving is fine for me as the drone does not bother me. It usually tends to be louder around 3-4k rpm.

I really liked the sound from my old G37. Which exhaust will give me something close? Or not possible?

I have the Joe Z axle back and it has a nice deep tone. No raspiness at all. Considering adding mid pipes but scared of it getting raspy. No experience with tanabe

A lot of my GS customers purchase the Tanabe over the Invidia. It sounds pretty good! Along with some Tanabe springs.

Let me know if you're local to LA, I can get you a price.
