This is the same as I recently ordered. It is so small and barely noticeable. I hid it behind the rear view mirror and I tuck all the wires up into the head liner and run along the A pillars buried inside the rubber seals out of sight. Very covert.

There is even an option to turn the LCD screen completely off if you wanted to.

Whichever unit you decide to buy, make sure it has a supercapacitor instead of lithium ion battery. The lithium ion battery may explode due to high heat in the summer plus the constant charging and discharging . There are lots if YouTube videos showing this type of explosion in cars.

Also mine is mounted behind 3M crystalline tint almost clear (80%) with high heat rejection.

Very happy with it.

One time when I took my car to the dealer for work, I recorded the audio of the porter rifling through my change drawer and taking some money.

It works well and is a very clear wide angle 1080P so I can read plates easily and it captures scenery to the side front of the the vehicle as well. The microphone is very sensitive and captures sounds well also.
There are also accessories you can attach for GPS to record speed, etc.

I ordered this one with the hardwire kit and it works nice and very sleek. Easy install and passengers love the small screen display.

Regarding the Blacvue camera that a lot of people seem to have.. can you view live video on your phone in real time, and can you review recorded footage on your phone? Or can you only transfer footage to your phone? Anyone have any pics they would like to share of this camera installed in their GS? Would love to see the set up.

The Blackvue 650 2CH that I have has a WiFi radio built in (you can enable/disable it). So, you can connect your smartphone to that WiFi radio, and browse thru' all recorded footage on the phone. You can also transfer footage to your phone if you like.
I can try to take a picture of camera installed in the GS - there really isn't much to see (which is a good thing) . The wiring is all hidden under the trim. You can only see the cameras.

Here was a quick set of photos this morning. Install was easy. Pop the console off and solder +12V and ground wires to the harness.
