Navigation Screen Not Working
#47
I hope all dealers were as good as mine in Orlando about the speed in fixing this. I went in there about 1pm and was out in about 15 minutes. They were well aware of the problem and a tech was working on cars that came in to the service line for this problem. Works great now. Does anyone know if Lexus is offering anything like comp Enform service or anything? This was a pain not to have a radio for 4 days!!!!

Navigation system not working
I looked on the other forums and there was a Lexus tech advisor who said to disconnect your negative battery terminal for 10 minutes then reconnect it and restart the car.
Works now. It does go through a weird 'reboot' on the screen (takes about 5 seconds for it to come up) and you must leave the car running while it reboots. Hopefully, this is just a one time issue or it goes to the dealer.

try flicking the the light switch ... Thatz what I have to do to get my navigation system rebooted back up....one click past auto lights and then back.... although I have to do this every time I start up
this is after I bought 2015 Lexus 350 es... and dealership couldn’t find anything wrong but said my navigation is inoperable and has to be replaced... cost $2,800.???? I tried the light switch method and it’s worked evytime. Smfh
