I just purchased a 2013 F Sport (red), AWD, with 37,000 miles on it for $30,900 this past Saturday. I honestly felt like I could have gotten a little more off but the car was so freaking clean that it looked brand new. I can't see where anyone had every driven it before. Considering the car was probably $57,000 or more new I felt like I was getting a great deal so I gave in at this price...and felt perfectly fine about doing so. Really loving this car.
Edit: mine also has the cold weather package but it does not have the ML stereo or headsup display. The stereo sound is decent but not great.
Good luck!

My take, for a '13 with that configuration, you can probably do a little better.

Have you ever searched www.cargurus.com? You can do an advanced search for used models of the same car within a several hundred mile radius. That should give you some additional confidence in what they are going for and what you should pay.
Depending on what you learn there, my other fall back is to look up the car on www.kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book). I find out what the trade in was for the car and then typically offer the certified dealer the "private party" amount. Typically this is a couple grand higher than trade in so you are getting a 'certified' car and you can rest easy the dealer still made enough to keep their lights on. If you make an offer similar to this and they ask you to defend it just say you think they paid trade in and that you feel like offering them $2,000 more is a pretty decent deal since you've only been in their dealership for an hour. Worst thing they can do is say no, right?

we picked up our 2015 GS350 F sport with 15,240K on it for 34,500. White with the ML sound. It was a certified car. I had to drive 3 hours to go get it at the dealer in Orlando. They were great by the way!

That's kinda high, I paid 35k plus TTL on 2013 GS350 20k miles Premium version with blind spot, parking sensors etc..back in July of 2015. At that time similar cars to mine were selling between 37-39k. You should be able to do a lot better now that the prices have dropped and the refreshed 16's are out. You should be in the 28500-31,500 range for a 2013 GS350. For f sport maybe add another 1-1.5k.

I personally would walk away. Each time I've walked away; I've had the dealership call me back to offer a better price. Hop on CarGurus and shop around within 200-300 miles with cars similar to what you've looked at. Its always better to deal with sales people over the interwebs from the comfort of your home vs at the dealership where they have the upper hand with applying more pressure.
