Default Benefit/advantage of releasing new Lexus

Are there any major advantages to lease a new lexus after current lexus lease is over?

1000-2000 over mile charges?
Worn out tire tread charges?
Returning customer discount?

Buddy of mine told me most of the time when you lease another vehicle from same manufacture they waive the stuff i listed above. First lease with lexus not sure what to expect at end of lease. Also, what are the chances to get same deal for my next lexus ?

Default Lease another Lexus

I am on my fourth GS and I can tell you that the dealer will be happy to lease you a new GS and won't have to pay out of pocket for the items you mentioned. However as the saying goes there is no such thing as a free lunch.

The cost for mileage overage is added to the capitalization costs of the new GS and added to the lease price. I did it as i did not want to pay $6,000 for my overage fees but was able to reduce that to $2,500 on the cap cost. Now what I can't tell you is if the dealer did not give me the very best price on the car to make up some of the money but I was happy enough at the time with the monthly payment.
