Default Lip Cracked, Wind pressure?

I bought a Lexus SK style lip off Amazon for my 2013 F sport GS350, after one night of driving it cracked. I had a friend of mine it put it on for me I checked his work it looked good, he used the factory bolts to attach it to the frame and not the 3m tape. I only had it on for one day and that night I took it out and hit around 120mph a few times and the next morning I heard a weird noise from the wind pressure. Check it and my lip was cracked, check pics. I didn't hit anything as far as I know, I am not sure if this happened because it was a cheaper version of the SK lip. Or maybe someone hit me (doubt it). I was wondering if anyone has heard/had any problems like this. I am thinking about maybe getting the more expensive lip I have heard about I am not sure if I can buy the lip from Lexus itself, if anyone knows where I can find the part number for it? I really like the SK Lip and definitely want to get it fixed.

Also if anyone one has the part number for the F sport Bumper for the 2013 G350 F sport, I have a few miner curb scratches scratches and minor damage from the previous owner.

The Lip I bought off amazon -

I just threw mine in the trash yesterday after keeping it in the garage for so long due to endless fitment problems. Same lip like that, it's crap.

By the way, ur wipers need to be repositioned.

Depends on the date of purchase, why dont you contact the seller and ask him if he can replace it or refund the money to you. I would leave the part of you hitting 120 a couple of times out tho. LMAO!!!

Most likely it was due to vibrations at higher speeds, you hit the frequency at which the material fails.

They're in the same position as mine are in.

Aye, they're in 'snow' mode. Both the OP and 2Squared.

Simply push down on them until they pop back into normal mode.

Thanks, I didn't know that. Once I get back home I will put them back in the normal mode.

Yeah, Dude what's wrong with you? Geez. It's springtime now, not winter! You know - sunshine and blue skies, warm days, green grass, blossoms and flowers, leaves on trees, birds and bees, butterflies, longer days, wearing shorts, girls wearing less clothes, outdoor events, parties, clean cars...and wipers in normal mode.

Well, let's see. I bought the car on Friday, February 19th, so I got to drive it maybe 120 miles by Sunday, February 21st when I parked it in my garage as I left to come work just outside of New Orleans on the Monday, February 22nd. I was back home on Friday, March 25 and took it to get the rims swapped out and front lip spoiler installed. I drove it for another 100 or so miles, parked it in the garage again on Sunday, March 27th and drove back over here to the New Orleans area. So as you can see I've driven the car for a whopping 220 miles since I've owned it.

You know...

2Squared's wipers could've still been in hail mode.

I saw some reports over the weekend and I don't want even peas size hail hitting my car.

To be honest I was trying to be prepared for the next big 1/4" snow to hit the Houston area.

Thanks eceryone for your input as well as the wiper issue.

Is this lip made by lexus, can I purchase one of better quality anywhere? I really like the look.
