Default Nav Firmware TSB

Getting ready to take my 2015 GS Lux to the dealer for the 5K service. I see a TSB for a Navigation System Firmware Update (TSBID 191067 /L-SB-0035-15 Issue Date: 2015-08-17). Problem is the link is dead at http://www.revbase.com/BBBMotor/. Any one have the TSB or had the firmware update?

Was this only for 2014 or will it apply to 13 and 14's?

According to the write-up, it was to apply "TSIB LSB-0035-15." It was done via USB and had to be ordered a few days in advance. It was free for my 2015 and had nothing to do with the maps.

Either they did this without telling me last week or it was done several months ago on mine. What is the date on that?

I just spoke with the service dept at the dealer and they will do the update when I take it in on Thursday. Said it will take 3 hours. I have a feeling that if I didn't ask for this it wouldn't have been done.

More details info would be appreciated. Will this update apply to 2014 models how about 2013's?

I got the 2015 map update a few months ago and I asked if there was a firmware update for my NAV, and the answer was - not for the 2013.

No details. I would guess it's for system stability. Doubt it would be new features.

I updated both the maps and radio firmware on my 2013 a couple of months ago. Maybe it depends on your build date as mine is a very early 2013. Only difference I noticed is that my iPod no longer loses connection every time I turn off the car.

Had the firmware updated to the TSB. Also had the 5K service as well as an oil change. All took about 2 hours.

I don't see anything different so believe I was right that it's a stability fix. Went through all the menus and they're all the same.

I had the firmware done for free as a TSB update on my 2013 Fsport. The only thing I have seen is it improved stability a lot but it is still glitchy on occasion.

The update was from version 6613800 to 6613850
