Having the radar up like that instead of level will greatly reduce the range of your detector. If you can, figure out a way to have it level. Otherwise great job!

That radar detector picks up cops from mile away when it was sitting inside of my center console under armrest.

Mount was on ebay for $10, search your radar model and permanent mount
I would go with the 12" otherwise there will be a lot of stretch/pull on that wire.
That's the one I went with and I'm glad that I did. The cost difference is minor.

It depends where you plan to install detector & where you get power from. In my case installed right under passenger sun visor & tapped to rain sensor, 10" worked perfect

Good point shurik74.
Mine is installed using a BlendMount, so just below the rear view mirror. Similar to the OP, but slightly further down since mine aims straight and isn't angled upwards. I also sometimes press the buttons on the top of the radar.
Here is mine 'version' of set up... prefer hiding my toys closer to the top making not visible from outside to prevent bad guys breaking my windows
Dash camera + Escort radar
Did you install the dash cam yourself or hire someone to do it? I really want a dash cam and am perfectly comfortable installing myself, but I'm concerned if I don't pay for a Lexus dealer to install it, they're going to give me a hard time about it with any warranty repairs in the future. Basically, I feel like if there's any possible explanation, they'll blame future problems on the dash cam install and try to deny warranty work.
