Here's a quote from a dealer on a 2016 F-Sport

MSRP $59,160 (AWD, no ML, cold package, etc.)
"Discounted sale price" - $55,560
Residual 58%
Lease cash $3,000
MF: 0.0012

36 months, 7,500 miles, 1st payment down - $665/month (that's final monthly payment)...KY sales tax is added each month

$499 dealer fee
$779 lease acquisition fee

They're waiving the "disposition" fee since I'm a returning customer #rolleyes

They're giving me more for my GX than I owe, but by the time you pay off Lexus Financial, the result is nullified by their "fees". What a racket.

Told her I want USB 2.0/Black interior. Problem there is, there are only 3 AWD variations, and 1 of those hasn't even been built yet. Said it is a rare combo. They seem to all be coming with Flaxen or Red interior on the USB. #sickface

This is just preliminary discussions....haven't pulled the trigger on anything. Doesn't sound like they'll be able to find the blue/black combo that I want. #Bummer

They can waive the dealer fee (they won't) but they can't waive the acquisition fee, thats a fee from LFS and they will not waive it.

For this money you guys could lease 535i, A6 3.0T, Genesis 5.0, etc. All great cars. Please don't dig out the reliability argument, I'm specifically talking about leasing.

I think the GS has its plusses against all those cars other than price, but your point is valid.

Issue with the above lease is the MF, .0012 is terrible. Discount is good, rebate is good. Residual is not great for the mileage.

She said that was the MF from Lexus for Tier 1+ credit... Is that negotiable? Other than doing MSDs. She said the MF drops in half, if I do 9 MSDs. (Not happening). That only drops the payment $50/month...to let them hang onto $5,600 of my money for 3 years.

For me the MSDs were a no brainier. It dropped the payment by $50ish per month and I put up $4500.

I'm getting a guaranteed rate of return of 13.3% per year versus investing it and paying a higher money factor. I don't know of any better investment that is guaranteed. Granted I got a great selling price and thus a lower amount of MSDs to put down than what is noted above.

It may or may not be the rate from Lexus. Dealers always try and inflate that rate to pad profit into the deal. Edmunds has a good leasing forum that posts the current MFs from manufacturers...

Reading the Edmunds Lease forum, those guys are quoting the same MF that I was quoted yesterday for April. Which is actually worse than March...and we all know how well March sales were. Makes no damn sense. So essentially they're trying to entice people with the $3,000 lease cash, but jacking up the MF....

I see a ton of 14-15 GS by me (northern NJ) I think I saw 1 16.

Yep, that's the problem. Before we had good incentives AND low MFs. If you had a .0007-.0009 MF with that deal it'd be in the $500s

after a year of absence from my Lexus (2GS, totaled a little over a year ago), i was ready to get back to the GS family with a lease
but these "deals" make no sense to me if they think GS350 can hold up to $600 a month for lease....
ridiculous

im at a loss at what car to get now
was looking at the sub $400/mo range and dont want Acura TLX... (hate the dual screen non-sense)

The GS can absolutely hold up to a $600 lease lol. $600 a month for a $60,000 car is a great deal people. The finance payment is nearly $1000.

My 2010 ES350 at $42k was over $600 a month.
