I'm trying to repaint the lower front grill, instead of masking
around it, it would be a whole lot easier if someone can
show me a rope on how to remove it.

Folks have had similar inquiries on the forum with not too much detailed information. The most i've seen is folks on the 2IS forum talking about lower grille removals. Mostly clips to disengage and I'd imagine its pretty similar but impossible to get to from the top on the 4GS.

This guy removed the bumper and installed a custom mesh grille on an ES which may give you some idea as to the look.

Np - btw what color are you painting the bottom grille?

I had painted some areas to the front for more aggressive look,
and want to match the grille along with the rest.
