2013 F-Sport Twitching Steering Wheel at a Stop
Ok, so something strange happened today.
I was driving my car to the store and was streaming music using Pandora through the 'apps' in the car. The music suddenly cut out and came back a minute later but the screen said "Pandora could not be started" even though it was playing music through Pandora. The screen was locked (I could not select anything or change the program I was listening to).
As that was all going on, I came up to a stop light and waited at the light completely stopped. As I sat there, my steering wheel suddenly started twitching to the left by itself every second or so for four times and then stopped. After that, my Pandora started working correctly again and everything was normal including no more steering wheel twitch.
I called the Lexus dealer I bought the car from and the service receptionist basically said that if it is not doing it while I am driving, it should not be a problem. I was surprised by that response.
I called another dealer nearby and they said that I can call back when a service technician is available but they would have to recreate it to try to figure our the issue. I let them know I actually got it on video when it twitched again and now they want to see the video.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Well just got a call from the dealer. They said my firmware needed an update which would correct all the glitches I have experienced with Enform apps.
Regarding the steering wheel, they said they are not sure why it was doing that. The said they do see the twitching in the video and it is something they have not seen.
They stated there are several sensors in the steering system and if there was any issue detected, it would throw an error and light up the dummy light on the dash. They said if I experience it again to bring it back in and they will do a deeper dive into analysis.

Why not upload the video so we can see?
