Default CPO vs private seller
I'm looking at these two cars right now

Dealer is 1000 miles away, am i crazy? lol. but i really like the color and the Levinson system. The private seller is 100 miles away, this vehicle's warranty expires in couple months. Since the dealer is far away it's very difficult to negotiate and it'd cost about $1200 to ship it to me in Philadelphia. Any recommendation? thanks.

Gotta go with the top one since the autotrader vehicle is no longer for sale? I think $38,900 is extremely high for a 2013. I would try to shoot for $32-33k max.

my heart is telling me to get the F sport lol. If i can get them to lower the price, i'd def get the f sport. but right now the price difference is too much.

That dealer car is overpriced by $2-3K. I am sure they will come down.

I would call the dealer. Ask for the used car manager, talk to him for a bit about the car in question. Then say, hey I'm a buyer at $35k. Then go from there? I think that's a fair price for that car. Then you can get acquainted with the car on the drive back..Win/Win
