Default GS350 F Sport brakes issue

Hi CL,

My brakes are squeaking when I come to a stop. I just changed the pads a few weeks ago and the squeaking came back. could it be the rotors? caliber?

Any suggestions would help.

Thanks

Might be the rotors. I just changed my pads without changing/resurfacing the rotors and my brakes squeal bit in the beginning but goes away.

The Oem pads will make noise no matter what, seems like some more than others. They have a lot of bite, so I tend to hear them more with the music down, other than that I never notice.

The only time I hear my brakes make a noise (stock pads), is when I am reversing very slowly. They make a slight groan but that is it. They are quiet all other times.

I am going to replace the rotors. hopefully it will help. the squeaking only happens at low speeds or in reverse.

is your car a Fsport? kept reading that theres only stock rotors for fsport, which is what I found out as well when searching for rotors.

I don't see how you could be on stock pads on an f sport and have no dust

Mine is AWD and I believe only the RWD F Sports get the high friction pads. I suspect that is why.
