Default sunroof won't open

Just got the car and from me playing with setting I have some how manage to mess up my sunroof. It won't open with either button now. Does anyone know what I might have done and how to solve it?

Does it make any movements / sounds when you try to close / open it?

If not, I would disconnect the car battery, wait 20 minutes and reconnect.

No noise at all. I here the button click but that's it. I was going to search around for fuse or relay.

I've been told to press the open button for 30 seconds.

Looks like I'm headed to the dealer. The sunroof works fine when it's cold out or first thing in the morning. Once it's outside under the sun it will stop working by noon and won't work again until it's cooled off.

You must live somewhere extremely cold to freeze the components from operating properly. lol

Other way around. Sun roof works when cold but stops working when left out in the sun. Today was sunny and 66 degrees and it didn't work.

Dealer has the car (4 days now) called me up stating they couldn't recreate the problem and that they were done. Took off 2 hours early from work to drive the 1 1/2 to the dealer. I get there the car is pulled around and the sun roof doesn't open. I have to bring every person out to have them attempt to push the open/close buttons in different orders to confirm what I was saying.

I hope they can figure it out now.

Just got my car delivered back to me, the dealership replaced the motor/ecu, outside button panel and replaced the weather stripping. We will see if this all works on the next hot day. I hope it does!
