Tire size help? Do I have to match original size?
So I have a 2013 GS 350 F RWD and recently replaced my rear Tires with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2. Now that my fronts need replacement I'm finding that Hankook doesn't make 235/40/19 tire sizes in the Ventus V12. Can I vary from the 235/40/19 recommended size? I.E. Go w/ a 225/40/19?

No, you don't have to buy the same size tires. You can go up with 245/40-19 (fronts) and 275/35-19 (rears) without issues.
Funny though, the brand selection increases and prices go down when you go up in size.

I too want to know if I can go wider when the time comes. I got the AWD square setup. The stock size is too narrow IMO..
My apologies op for hijacking thread.

Thanks everyone. Pulled the trigger on 245/40/19 on the fronts. Hopefully the results will look good!
Ended up going a bit cheaper (just had a baby so watching money) on the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 but I had them on my old IS350 and was happy. $600 shipped for all 4 tires using the new ebay $100 off $400 deal going on right now. Not bad!
