It has 2 holes that will line up with 2 factory bolts. I used a total of 6 tap screws and 10lb 3m double sided tape. I actually think the tape would be enough but didn't want to risk it.

I bought paint from automotive touchup and painted it myself. If you take your time (in my case 3 days) it will turn out really nice.
