Ok cool. Where did you source the tail lights from? Dealer or Lexus parts store online? Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Got the working fine, forgot to update this thread since I had some other projects at hand.
Outside units need load resitors to prevent hyper blinking. Inner units need some rewirring along with changing out 2 connectors.

Tap into both the tail wire and the stoplight wire from the of the RHS outer unit to supply the inner units with tail and brake signal.
Load resistor goes on the ground and blinker wire of the outer units.

Good job, now install some load resistors on those strobe lights you call blinkers

Outer units, yes but you have hyper blinking. ( add load resistor )
inner units no, the lights have 5 wires and the old ones 4 so you either need to swap out the connector on the trunk harness to be a 6 pin connector to match the one on the light or you can use the connector of the old lighs and put that on the light.
If you use the old connector you'll have 1 loose wire hanging.
New lights have 5 wires.
Fog -- you don't have those but the wire is there.
Reverse --
Tail light --
Brake light --- ( doesnt need to be connected if you only have the outer units light up when braking 0
Ground --

You can use a small prying tool to release the pins from the connector to swap out the connectors to make things fit.
