Default TPMS woes with new tires

I got new tires on my car, and they replaced one TPMS sensor at an autotire store. (not dealer)
Now the light for TPMS is on, and NONE of the pressures are detected (they only replaced 1 of the 4 sensors)
I pressed the reset button, let the thing flash three times - still no pickup of the pressure

What do i Do?

Yeah just run it by the dealer, they can reset the system. I had this done on an Infiniti once and the TPMS kept crying until I took it to the mothership. It takes them 5 minutes with a tool.

OP - The tire shop/dealer that you bought the set of tires and TPMS from should fix it for you. Why are you not wanting to go back to where you bought the tires and TPMS to have it fixed?

The TPMS has to be programmed by a OBD II scanner, take it it back where u got it from unless they do not have an updated scanner which I have seen a lot.

+1

Take it back to the shop that effed it all up, basically. On their dime, too.

I had a similar problem at Discount Tire. I had one sensor that failed, so they replaced it with one off the shelf (non-OEM). They tried multiple times, with different scan tools, and they could net get it to sync (all 4 showing --). The scan tool would see all four sensors, but they would fail when uploaded/synced to the car. They got and installed OEM sensor, and they synced the first try. It was showing all four tires by the time I backed out of the bay. If all else fails, the my be your fix.
BTW, they paid for the OEM sensor since I had to take it back multiple times. Don't give up!
