You guys are so funny. $580 a month on a $60k car is a great lease deal. You've been spoiled by what have been unbelievable deals on the GS.
My 4GS was $700 a month and at the time that was a great deal. It's all relative.
I'd sign on the line for this car at $580 a month all day long.

The end of model year lease deals on the '15 GS were the perfect storm for great deals. Big factory cash, first month payment free, very low interest rates and very heavy discounting by the dealer on top of that. Some of the numbers were astounding. You can't normally drive away with a $55,000 car for a little more than $400/month.

My dealer had a 2016 F-Sport AWD on their lot
- ML
- USB Mica 2.0
- Black interior
That is the exact model I want. I called them up...."Yeah, unfortunately that was a special order for a Toyota executive..." I'm like, why in the hell did you put it in your online inventory.
Sticker was $59,460 or something. Didn't even negotiate because that exact combo does not exist. Cars.com lists 1, but it's in Idaho. Eleventy billion miles away. Told him to call me when he finds one.
This March incentive program is crap. Will likely just wait my lease out and pick one up around Thanksgiving or something.

But it depends on the brand. Audi & Benz, impossible. BMW, very difficult but possible. Lexus, shouldn't be a problem if the timing is good.

I hope the deals are reasonable come August when my '13 goes back. I never realized what a massive deal I got on it when I picked it up back then. They were offering 3 or 4k lease cash, first payment paid, etc. That's how I ended up with a fully loaded RWD car with HUD, Mark Levinson, rear wheel steering, the works.
My problem now is that literally nothing in this price range compares to this car. I feel like I peaked too soon. I usually get something better each time, but this is such a loaded car for the money, I'll have to spend a whole lot more to take another step up the ladder. After driving the RX (curiosity) and the RC (too tight for a big man), it really has highlighted just how well sorted and appointed the GS is. I'll probably just end up getting a '16 unless a miracle happens and my salary doubles....in which case the GS F is a no brainer.

Just looked at 2016 GS Fsport MSRP $58,425 Quoted a pymnt of $634 x 36 mos. 15k miles a yr. tax, title, tags, 1st mo. due at signing. I'm in NYC waiting and about to go to another dealer then Im going to a dealer I bought my last one from which I didn't like but Lexus financial asked if I would give them another chance. so I'm gonna go ***** deep n go for GS F Sport@ MSRP 60,064 and ask for it at $600 x 36mos 15k miles a yr. tax, title, tags, 1st mos
. Wish me luck, if anyone runs across a deal better in NYC please post info and dealer.

In Southern California it's common to have the car delivered when using an auto broker (which is what I did). In my case the selling dealer was about 70 miles away - someone delivered the car, met me and the broker at my house, provided all the paperwork for me to sign, walked me through all the features, then caught an Uber for the 70 mile return journey.
The only time I went to the dealer was to test drive the car and that was to a local dealer 5 miles from me. The entire purchase process was handled from my home.
You've got a much longer distance to cover so I wouldn't think that my scenario would work for you.

This is what I see so far as per Lexus financial website:
2016 GS350 AWD with MSRP of 50,850 + 940 destination, 36month / 12k yr:
$797 per month with $1497 due at signing
2016 GS F AWD $84,440 + 940 destination, 36 month / 12k yr:
$1402 per month with $2102 due at signing
I WILL STAY ENJOYING MY 2015 GS350 F SPORT @ 509 PER MONTH. These prices are ridiculous!!

You guys need to stop negotiating on the payment, and negotiate the terms. Sales price, MF, drive off and rolled in costs.
You need to understand how the lease is calculated, what the base rates are from LFS, etc. Its great to say "I want $590 with $900 out of pocket", but you need to look at the variables and see if thats even possible,

If the dealer won't share the residual or MF with you, I would leave and go somewhere else.

Your absolutely right! But heres the thing I really need dead cost of the car. Then from what I've seen but not officially a Lexus number the MF is .0029915 which comes out to around 7.18% which is ridiculous considering interest rates from Lexus are 1.9%! I got that number from UNRELIABLE EDMUNDS.com Finding out dead cost is the real problem! IF I knew that I'd go in and get the MF and residual # from the Lease manager. Thanks anyway.

Went to my local dealer and talked to them about leasing a 16 GS 350 awd F Sport. Msrp 58,545. What i was told is that the residual is 57% and that is non negotiable and it is determined by Lexus. I showed them the deal avmba got and they said thats impossible to match. Max msd's they said is 9x the monthly payment.
Heres the deal they could do-
Approx $4500 in msd's
$0 down
Approx $540/month
36 months / 10k miles/yr

You have to understand that the MF will vary from model to model, and theres a certain MF the dealer can't go below. They can and will inflate it, and they do have a little room below the retail rate...
The MF on a lease and the promotional interest rate on a loan are different things. Leases are higher risk than finance loans, and typically you will see the rates are a little higher.

That edmunds lease forum figures are very dependable in my experience.
