It looks like it may be a direct fit, that is if u buy the headlights too but if there is a slight difference in the mounting holes it will destroy everything.

Was thinking the same. It should just be a direct fit I visited the Lexus store here in Vegas and they have a couple of 16's looks like it should work to the naked eye.

I believe the headlights on the '13-'15s are something like $1200+ a pop... assuming '16+ are the same price or more, that's a pretty pricy upgrade just to get the new bumper, even IF it's a direct fit. Guess it's cheaper than a whole new car though!
Edit: actually $1200+ each for the luxury model headlights, I think, which are adaptive. Not sure what the non-adaptive would cost, or what the 2016s come standard with.

In about 6 months, you will be able find the new (used) headlights on ebay, for half the price.
But does anyone know if the new DRL's are separate pieces or are they still part of the headlight?
If they are separate, then Lexus has changed the wiring. May not be easy to get those to work.
