Default Leasing my first Lexus GS 350

Hello,

I am on my next leasing adventure searching for the perfect lexus to lease. Going from dealer to dealer and trying to get the best deal. So far the lowest i got was $650 for a fully loaded 2015 gs 350 fsport. I then came across a lease assumption website which advertises it for $488. Why is it so low? Should i go with the lease assumption site? Please advice.
This is the listing.

That one is ur taking over someone else's lease and the dealer quote is for a brand new car. The 488 one the first guy probably put a lot of down payment to get it that low.

I'm walking the same path as you right now... looking at MSRPs in the 59s, and the lowest lease I've gotten so far is 669 for 36/15k with $0 down. I have them all going back for better offers. I'll let you know how I do!

All of those sound really good. Especially the price in NJ. Just keep in mind you can put down a security deposit instead of a down payment that you get back after your lease obligation is completed.

When leasing, the goal is to put absolutely nothing down. Why give them money they can invest when you can keep the money yourself?

A '15 with 36/15, with zero out of pocket should be $550 max. Not a penny more; if you do, you're are paying too much. Lots of deals in the past 30-60 days in the low $500's all over the Country.

Wow thats a lot of money. Here in South Florida you can be in the mid-$400s tax in with only inceptions due at signing. Roughly $1,000 due at signing

Tell them zero down for $500. If they go down to 510-530 take it. The 2016s are here and those 2015s gotta go. Desperate times.

It seems you have the upper hand now, don't settle. Use the killer instinct and get them to meet you at "your" number, not theirs.

With nothing out of pocket you should be around $500 a month

What was the MSRP of the vehicle and what's the sale price you got?
