Smth is wrong there. For $44k, $0 down, 12k / y, 36 mo I got $439 inc tax. Your MF might be very high.

Damn, well I called the dealer back, and I left them a msg. I also feel that they can do better. If things dont work out, I'll end up keeping my current ride for another year.

So I went back and forth with the dealer, and they were finally able to get me some do-able numbers that I am happy with. I ended up picking up a 2015 GS RWD w/:

Nebula Grey + Cabernet Int.
F-sport pkg
Nav pkg
Premium pkg
Blind Spot Monitor
Park assist sensors
Illuminated door sills
MSRP: $56705

Sale Price: $48960
36 mo / 15k mi
55% residual + .00133 money factor
0 due at signing (taxes, security deposit, fees all included) I only had to pay for the first month payment, dealer waived everything else.
$600 month (taxes and fees incl)
2 years maintenance incl.

According to http://www.ridewithg.com/calculator/, I did pretty good with a score of 92.
Anyway, I couldn't get the 550/mo payment that I was shooting for, but I'm still happy with what I got. Got the color combo i wanted too. Unfortunately, I won't be able to pick up the car till this Saturday, so pics will have to wait.

Edit: I realize now that I could've done better with the MF. My credit is A, not considered A+ which was likely the culprit. This was my first lease, so now I know next time.

Wow. I got a $57K car with almost same specs for 36/12K @ $510 mo all in. You gotta beat these guys up, especially with '16s on the horizon.

The deal isn't done until you drive the car off the lot, FYI.

Congrats on Your new ride.
If it makes You happy, it's always a good deal for You.
There will always be a better deal around the corner and especially with the holiday season and the new 2016 coming soon, watch out for some insane deals on the remaining 2015. I remember the dealerships advertising $10k off last year off the msrp.
Thank You.
