RC F Sport or GS 350 F Sport
Have 2014 GS 350 F Sport. Thinking about switching to 2016 RC F Sport. Love the GS. Am I crazy? Thoughts. Have all options on F Sport. ML, HUD, Dynamic steering. Not missing anything.

You'd only be gaining looks, plus the GS is actually faster and handles better plus the GS is nicer on the inside. But if you plan to mod go for the RC it has more potential.

Personally, I'd find it very inconvenient to have only two doors, even if I only ever have two people in the car. It's nice to be able to put stuff in the back seat easily. Also, it sounds like you have a very nice, well-optioned GS350 at the moment.
The RC does look pretty great, though. If you could live without the two extra doors then I'm sure you'd be happy with your decision either way.

yes
you are crazy your gs is much more of a car,
keep it and enjoy it its great the rc is disappointing,
too small inside compared to what your used to and is not as planted as the set up in the gs

Definitely not worth the switch from GS350 to RC350 or 200t...the RC is a slower and heavier car, so it wouldn't handle as well. It's also less practical, less refined, and less luxurious. I would consider the GSF over the RCF too.

I owned the 2013 GS F-sport AWD and the other day while my car was at the dealer for service a sale manager gave me the 2016 RC F-sport demo to test for a day. The care had about 2500 miles on the odo. Here is my impression.
Pros: The RC F-sports handles and accelerates better than the GS, obviously due to same engine and less weight and shorter wheelbase. Lower ride height helps with handling also. The LED headlights shines a lot brighter and looks more pleasant to the eyes and less eye fatigue driving at night. The engine note sounds about the same.
Cons: Interior design and material is a class below the GS. The trims are not even real aluminum, they are plastic made to look like metal. Nav screen is petite compared to the GS and no bigger screen option available.Overall, the fit and finish is equal to the current IS (my sister has an IS) and just looks and feels cheaper. The seats look nice but are less comfortable than the GS. Your butt hit hard against the side bottom bolster every time you get in and out. I this this will wear out the bolster real fast. Personal taste but I don't prefer the separated DRL from the headlight cluster look.
Overall, if you don't have kids or need the back seats I think the RC is a nice car, but make sure to take extended test drive to have a feel of the comfort level. A huge drop down in terms of comfort when you move form GS to RC. Hope this helps!

The RC is heavier than the GS right? I drove both and for long distance the GS is way better.

According to Car and Driver, 2013 GS F-sport AWD curb weight is 3977 and the 2015 RC F-Sport is 3894. I didn't look these number up when I test drove it. Just went by the way the car feels, RC did feel lighter and accelerate faster.

GS350 RWD: 3726 lbs AWD: 3970 lbs
RC200t RWD: 3737 lbs RC300 AWD: 3891 lbs
RC350 RWD: 3748 lbs AWD: 3891 lbs
If you're comparing AWD models, then you are correct.
