Default Hmmmmm Gas Mileage?

So I know a lot of other members have been making this thread but I have a even worse problem on hand maybe?

I literally get less than 200 miles a tank, is something wrong with this car? Granted I drive mostly local but 19MPG x 17 Gallons should be around the 300 mark still.....

I am lowered but wouldn't think it will hurt gas mileage that much?

What is the mpg reported by the car? Everybody reports 'empty tank' differently. Some fill before the low fuel indicator comes on, some drive another 30 miles after that.
200 miles to a tank does seem rather low. My driving is mostly local as well, and usually get about 275-- 300 miles to a tank.

I drove a couple miles past the ZERO miles remaining and put 16.9 gallons in it yesterday, got 389 miles from a top off. Probably 30% of those miles were highway and just sipping fuel at 75 mph. Gotta be something wrong to be only getting 200

Do you drive it like you stole it? I drive like an old man most of the time. Over the last year it looks like I got about 24mpg roughly. If I refuel when the fuel light comes on it takes 15 gallons give or take. So 15x24=360 cruising range for me. I never use eco or sports plus mode, but use sport mode every time on the freeway.

Your mpg seems rather low. Might want to get it checked out by the dealer. What brand fuel are you using? I put in premium from an unbranded store and happen to get better gas mileage then when I used Shell premium. I noticed my tank empty out faster too with the shell gasoline.

My range once the empty light comes on is 378 Miles till empty after refill. If I pump my gas after the light comes on I can get 420 Miles till empty. I average 26 mpg with 60% hwy and 40% city.

In those photos i took right BEFORE I pump a full tank in my car. As you can see I drove 426 miles before needing gas. But I kinda pushed it alittle because I drove an additional 40 miles on reserve gas way after the empty light comes on. This is my record so far. I will try to aim for 435 miles next time.

Just topped it off, always used shell gas, but I think I might switch to HEB Premium to try something else, I barely broke 280 driving like a grandpa doing speed limit lol
