A big part of any "sport sedan" is really the numbers, Lexus wants us to think otherwise but if this car would be around 550+ range, I think it would keep most people at bay on the price, suddenly the $87k will be a bargain!
Just look at the new NSX being so hush hush about it's performance numbers. Once people have determined it makes 550+hp now the car is getting a lot better reviews.
I was just reading an article where the new McLaren 675LT makes nearly 666hp out of a 3.8L V8, granted it's forced induction but WOW. The LF-A at about the same price is pretty anemic in comparison.
I've driven their old flagship the McLaren 12C a few times now and that car is blistering fast. I can only imagine what the 675LT feels like.
The GS-F needs to have the acceleration of the M5 to put it in the big leagues. Right now it's like buying an M5 with an M3 motor in there. No buyer of this class of car wants the same motor under the GS-F as an RC-F owner!

The biggest difference between the GS-F and RC-F is the chassis, that's why reviews on the GS-F is so much better then the RC-F.. I think this makes it a tough decision.

Just saying...if 3 stage paint is impossible to repair, 4 stage paint can't be easier...

Well $87,655 with all the possible ADD ONs
or simple $85,380 with no ML, no Orange Calipers, no Blue paint
(rare bird)
My bet is that the GS F will mostly come TWO ways for the Western Area / SoCal Market - we are in an ML Market
w/ ML & Black Calipers @ $86,760
w/ ML & Orange Calipers @ $87,060
So basically $86,760 or $87,060
Add in $595 for USB 2.0 when applicable

I like the ML in my '15 GS F Sport, and I expect you're right that out here in Cali we will get fully loaded examples.
FWIW, I would never special order thru Lexus. I'll take a USBM 2.0 or NGP with whatever options shows up at my local dealership.

The 3GS had an 8 stage white paint back in the day right? It's white metallic and kinda reddish when u see at a different angle and light. The older ES had that same color too I think. I don't know what's it called.

Come on Lexus put the IS350 seats in there!
Except the grill, I like everything else about it.

+1. Went jogging just a few minutes ago and noticed a gent down the street bought a grey metallic one. He wanted an orange, but didn't want the attention. Lol I can understand. He's bigger than me & I told him I was just able to squeek into those seats. He laughed and said yes (Thought he had a Russian accent) he has to move a lot (motioning left to right with his body) on long road trips and it gets uncomfortable.

Hopefully the GS F will help in that aspect...
