I let my dad borrow my car...

sorry to see that, I rear-ended someone a couple months ago and the damage looked pretty similar. No trailer hitch mark for me though. Those SUVs do a number on our lower cars...

He said he didn't hear them go off.
I reviewed the video, they went off. He hit a truck with trailer hitch at around 2 MPH.
He came to complete stop, then as he was fiddling with something in the interior, let the brake pedal go and the car creeped into the truck in front of him.
It happened at a light and it was a good thing there was a truck in front of him to run into, otherwise it would have been into traffic.

I'm the kinda guy who parks a million miles away from other cars, for fear of some fat head giving me a door dent, I wash of the tiniest spot of bird dropping as soon as possible and I clean the interior more often than the driver of the general's car. Yes, I'm a pain in the neck, but if I can have my dad back he can fender bender my car any day.

I once had my dad borrow my 2006 GS300 AWD and I had the nice 18 inch rims on those days and he curbed and bent one of rim when exiting from the airport and said that the car road fine. Hell no, the steering was vibrating, and I had to replace both the rim and tire... Family yep.

I hate those trailer hitches when they have the extension in. Never have but always fear getting hooked on one. Always felt there should be a law that when not in use, the extension should have to be removed. These big *** pickups are big enough and take up more than the parking spot, having this big piece of iron extending even farther in to the isle seems ridiculous.

The truck bumper was up pretty high (just over headlight level).
