Default Opinions on purchasing a 2015 GS F-Sport at 7.5k off MSRP?

Thinking of purchasing a 2015 GS 350 F-Sport at 7.5k off MSRP. 57k down to just below 50k.

It's a F-Sport with Blind Sport Monitor, Intuitive Park Assist, Mark Levinson Sound, and Lane Keep Assist.

My only issues are it doesn't have PreCollision System or AWD, which I sort of want. No dealers in my area have these on the lot.

My question is, is this a good enough deal to get the 2015 and not wait for a 2016? I believe the 2016 would have Safety System Plus for low cost precollision system, pedestrian radar, etc.

Let's hear your opinions! Thank you.

If you get the 2016 models you will pay MSRP. They are discounting the 2015 a lot to make room for the 2016 refresh look. If I was you I would get the 2015 F Sport model with that 7.5k off. You got a really good deal! Good luck finding what you need.

You are in the same boat as me, I'm waiting for the 2016 for a couple of reasons, including the safety system. But I also feel like a good deal on 2015 can be had. 50k is clearly a good deal for the 2015 with those options.

I've been researching the 2015 GS and never heard of LKA without PCS, didn't think it was possible - the Lexus GS builder won't let you add LKA without PCS.

It's possible none of the early 2016 dealer deliveries will have PCS, you've already found out it's rare on the in stock 2015. So you may have to order what you want, and that will take months.

Under $50K is a really great price...Lexus doesn't build many dealer allocation cars with the esoteric options like PCS; you have to special order and it's very hard to get reasonable discounts.

If you get finance with Lexus then you can get 4000 rebate and certainly you can pay it off any time. I am getting mine which is GS 350 Base only tomorrow and my OTD price is 44000 after 4000 rebate with Lexus finance.
