Default Short review of Pirelli P7 Cinturato All Season Plus

I purchased a set of these for our 2013 Luxury, after many hours of study and research. Only have about 250 miles on them but just wanted to comment on them since this is always a subject discussed.

Look nice on the car, a very nice ride, quite, very responsive, do well in rain, though have not had a chance to test in heavy rain. I pushed them in some sharp corners and did well, lost a little performance compared to the Dunlap 5100 that were on the car, those being a Ultra High performance tire vs a grand touring tire. Do very well with highway divides and rough spots. I think they give a very good balance for the car. Speaking of balance, they said they balanced very well when being mounted. Had 41,000 on Duns and could have gone a little longer, but they were noisy and rough ride.

With colder weather coming, will be curios to see how they do in light snow. Will comment more after I have had them for a while.

Pleased with the purchase.

Good choice on the tires. My dad put these those P7's on his 2011 AWD GS last year. The Pirelli's ride noticeably smoother than the stock dunlops but you give up a little performance for that pleasant ride. He has the All Season P7 Cinturato run flats on stock 17" wheels.

Snow performance was admirable - last season (in NYC) was using his car in 8inches of snow and plowed through an uncleaned parking space (with AWD kicking in) with little struggle. I think the combo of the AWD and the tires did great.

I was impressed by both the tires and the car.

Forgot to mention ours is a AWD. Nice to hear this. I agree, I was very impressed with our AWD last year in 7 inches on snow. I am sure it will do even better with the Pirelli's.

The only reason I would want these would be the increased acoustic comfort. How do they fare on that front? Is the difference *noticeable*?

Thats a tough one because the GS is already a quiet car. The Pirelli's are noticeably smoother but as far as acoustics, I can't say that you'll notice the difference in the cabin.
