Default Tire Size for 20's

What is the best tire size for putting 20's on the car. Comfort is key for me and also if you recommend any specific brands. Thanks all

Depends if they're staggered or not.

Rims are staggered. I have Front 20x9 and Rear 20x10.5

I also have a AWD GS 350 so does different size mess up the differential?

245/30 front 285/30 rear. They're both the same height so you'll not have any problems. A few people here with AWD have staggered wheels as well.

I think if you run 285 in the rear they may rub. Best bet is to stick with 275 30R20

Go with 275 on the rear.

As for comfort, Vredestein Vorti's or Michelins. I didn't like the Dunlops nor the Bridgestone S001 on the GS (Loved the Dunlops on the IS though)

You didn't provide the wheel offsets. Whether or not your car will rub depends in wheel width, tire width and wheel offset. Camber is a minor contributor as well.

Hey guys, noob ova here. I purchased some 20's and have a 20x10.5 sizes on the rears with a 40 offset. Will purchasing a 285 tire rub? also have it lowered on coilovers and currently running on stock 19 inch.

I currently have a stock setup with 235/45/18 all around on my 2013 GS 350 AWD. I don't know what the offset is, not sure how I figure that out. If you can help me that would be great. Also which setup should I run, You need to get either
245/35/20 front, 285/30/20 rear

235/35/20 front and 275/30/20 rear.

Also what offset do I tell them to put it at? Thanks!!

To be on the safer side I'd go with 235/35/20 and 275/30/20. Also offset isn't something you set. It's build into the wheel. You need to specify which offset your looking for when ordering your wheels. Like for example if your getting a staggered set of vossen wheels then they recommend you get either 32 or 38 offset in the front and 45 offset in the rear. So when they ship out your wheels from the warehouse they ship your wheel that have those offsets. You can't request them to set a specific offset during install, it's part of the wheel.

I didn't know that and didn't take that into consideration. Sorry, I'm a novice at that. Here is what I purchased, hopefully you can help me out with the right tire size. It has the offset and rim information in the picture.
So they are 20x9 (F) and 20x10.5(R)

Offset - 35mm (F) and 45mm(R)

Bolt Pattern - 5x114.3

Thanks!

Oh perfect! Your okay with the 35 offset on the front as well. I'd go with 245/35/20 for the front because I noticed price is cheaper on a 245 tire then a 235 tire. I'd also stick to 275/30/20 for the rear to avoid rubbing. The ideal combination would be 235/35/20 front and 275/30/20 rear. You could 245/35/20 front but I've read most prefer you go 285/30/20 in the rear with that combo. But with 285 you run the risk of rubbing. If anyone finds what I've suggested wrong please chime in and let me know. The last thing I want to do is offer wrong advise. I'm suggesting off of what I've learned here.

If I do 275 in the back do I go with 245 or 235 in the front?
