Why do all Lexus have vossen?
I ve checked pricing from several different vendors, sites, wheel shops and seems to be like they are over priced for 1 piece wheels almost the price of three piece in some cases, i was looking for 22s so perhaps thats the price difference. In my opinion it seems as if almost all gs look the same? Same mods same wheels? Just curious in no way am I trying to offend or put down quality or what have you. Just have been thinking this for a while now so, I figured I would get some opinions. Thankyou.

Go against the grain, bro. What's the point to modding if we're all going to look the same? There are only so many aero parts for the GS. Wheels are what sets you apart from others.

Vossen is probably the biggest wheel vendor on CL, hence why so many have them... And uhh, many here have AG 3 piece wheels too. Not knocking them. They look good too. Post up some pics when you get 'em mounted.

Vossen has a good marketing team. They are over priced cast wheels. I don't understand how people will take factory light weight wheels off there cars and but over priced cast Vossen that heavier then your stock wheels and they are not even that good looking sorry but it's the truth.

A long tme ago I used to think they were high-end wheels because the majority of the cars I seen them on were high-end. If you can make the customer believe they're a high-end wheel, people will buy it and pay top dollar. No offense to Vossen.

Vossen took the wheel world by storm. They were one of the first to come out with 1 piece wheels that looked like multipiece.
Then they started hiring people like crazy and advertised their stuff all over the net.
They backed their wheels with a strong warranty.
Then they almost single-handedly changed the market with one piece wheels. Then took those to concave.
Kinda pricey, yes....but if you got a hook up price was doable.
I give them big props. I would not buy their wheels because they are too common. Plus I like lips. But I dig their company. I like how they represent. They did it right. Did it well. They deserve the success because they stand behind their product.

My dream wheels are still the Volk TE37 Super Lap.
I wonder how this setup looks without a drop and with stock tires?
19x9.5 +22 with 235/40 Tires Front
19x10.5 +22 with 265/35 Tires Rear

Sorry bro. It would be a fail without a drop. Not the wheel's fault though 'cause dem wheels are sick. Just my opinion 'cause always felt that a drop on stock wheels look better than aftermarkets with no drop.

Yeah that's what I thought. I've always dropped first then got wheels for my old cars but I'm liking the off-road height of my GS now and don't feel like messing with the AVS system and having to crawl on speed bumps and driveways again.

Below follow my reasons:
I am the only GS in The Netherlands on Vossen wheels. So yeah, I do think it is kind of special.
Secondly quality wise Vossen stands out, much better then the cheap stuff you see on the poorly modded cars here.
Thirdly Vossen (and their Vendors) has excellent aftersales
Finally, the brand has managed to create a clublife around it.
And what is overpriced anyway? Tried to buy the 19' F-sport wheels from your dealer?
