I think update is only from the car, not the phones? I haven't seen anything on my phone

On mine the phone app updated first then as soon as I try to launch the apps in the car it asked me to update it first.

Or u can just delete the phone app and re-download it again, that way u will have the latest version and try again with the car.

I thought I was odd. I never used Enform or even setting up radio channels on my 13. It's been hot so I decided to try out the Enform Remote Start. Now I'm getting spoiled. Still haven't used the Suite though.
From my experience one needs to get the latest on the phone first. Run the app on the phone, then sfart the update on the car. I did get the 0% and exited out but after the App is turned on and connected to the car, it went through. I may be wrong but I think the car needs the phone to update, it can't update on its own.

Yes, the car needs the phone. This ain't Tesla and we don't get OTA updates.

I have the App loaded on my wife's phone (she is the primary driver) on our 2015 GS350 FSport. Can I also load the App on my iPhone 5s? Or can the App only be used on one phone?

Both of you can have the app. If she has the primary phone connected to the car, it'll just default to hers if both of you are in it.

I've had my GS 350 AWD w/nav for a week. I didn't think Enform Remote Start worked on the 13's. Do I need to purchase an add-on of some sort?

You may be right. I don't know since I never used on my 13. I have a 15 now. I tried to get it on my wife's 15 rx but they said the car was not ready for Enform Remote.

Enform Remote isn't available for cars MY 2013 and 2014. Nothing can be added on at this time.

There was another update available on iOS recently, anyone know what changed? Didnt require an update in the car, just on my phone.
