First Model Early 2013 GS 350 vs late 2013 GS 350 Production
I currently have a silver 2013 Lexus GS350 that was purchased in December 2012, its a Luxury Package. I just saw a 2013 Lexus GS 350 in starfire pearl, luxury package as well, AWD, with about the same mileage as my GS350, but when I pull up the service records for it, it shows that it was purchased around February 2012, and in April 2012 it had 5000 miles on it already. I want to trade in my silver one and get this starfire pearl one because I love this color. Any tips would greatly be appreciated. I heard first production cars usually have something wrong with it??

My GS was Dec 2011 build date...delivery in Feb 2012. We had the difficult to close trunk lid, that they released a TSB for. There were also some issues with Bluetooth and the aluminum panels denting too easily (F-Sport). Other than that, I don't remember much else that needed to be fixed on my GS.

The starfire pearl is AWD, has luxury package, and cold weather package, ML sound, blind spot, lane keep assist, and pre-collision system. My silver one has luxury package, blind spot, ML sound, heads up display, and park assist. And my car is in mint condition. Do you think its worth it to trade up? I might trade it in but i know the dealer will not take in much for mine. There's is reasonably priced.

what they offer you on your car first. Then see if it's financially viable. Maybe even look around
for a 14 model and get even more goodies. Good luck
