Default Chrome door handle covers anyone?

Ordered chrome handle bar covers from overseas and due to licensing issue, it turns out there's "LEXUS" etched on the outside which really is a bust for me because I was expecting a solid unmarked finished.

Would anyone even considering putting chrome handle bar on their 4GS and ones with LEXUS etched on?

4 pics of different actual item and mock set up on driver side on 4GS.

Here is a full side view of a 3GS I found online for reference.

I thought handle bars were part of a bike.

Looks nice; really suits the car.
Gives a nice lift, esp to darker colored cars.

How did you do it?
Chrome vinyl wrap, or chrome PlastiDip?
Or chrome plating?
.

ECL: LOL- Door Handle Covers!

Peteharvey, it's plastic chrome covers with 3M tape on the inside.. just clean the door handles and stick on for a complete reversal finish.

I put them on my 2010 RX350 as soon as I got it. I feel they compliment the car really well. I was actualy thinking about getting some for my new GS, but Im not sure how they will look on white. They do look nice on your car.

Sevn86 - here is 3GS pic I found but nothing on 4GS so you may be the one to post one! Chrome on white gives it a subtle accent so looks good!

Do the chrome handle covers interfere with the Bluetooth touch lock?

My brother did the same with his vw and I told him he reminds me of a certain ethnic group..... He calls me laughing his heart out when he pulled up next to a truck with about every chrome accessory available then saw the driver, he said I was right

NXXT - interesting style.
You've only chromed the main fore handle, and not the aft attachment keyhole of the door handle.

Is yours vinyl wrapped, or a metal chrome cover?
Because a metal chrome cover and the self adhesive tape beneath will make the metal chrome cover slightly raised, relative to the factory painted aft attachment of the door handle.
On the other hand, a chrome vinyl wrapped fore handle will be flush with the factory painted aft attachment.

I like the way the chrome three sided polygonal door handles matches the chrome three sided polygonal exhaust tips.

OK so what is source for same. Easily reversible if need to be removed without leaving any damage to original finish?

I think this is an IS. Not a 3GS. And, No, don't do it.

I think different tastes for different people.

Some will be "blacking out" the factory chrome: grill surround, window trim, boot lid trim, exhaust tips, and badges.

Others will keep the factory fitted chrome trims, and add chrome door handle covers to match...
