Exclamation 22' wheels on 2015 GS350

Struggling on this 22' high positive wheel and tire setup on my new 2015 GS350 (non-fsport). Really wanting to put Vossen CVT 22x9 front (Pirelli 245-30-22) and 22x10.5 rear (Pirelli 295-25-22) on this vehicle for that wide and look. I keep hearing differing opinions on this subject, but buying this week. One wheel shop says I can only put 22x9 all the way around with a 245-30-22. Another shops says only 20x8.5 front and 20x10.5 rear. I NEED TO KNOW ASAP. PLEASE HELP? I will post pics after its done! Kenny

What's up Kenny,

I've seen 21's and 22's on the GS...I think 22's are a tad too big, but to each his own.

Here's a link so you can see what it looks like...

22x9 would be stretching a 245 tire, you really only need a 8" wheel for a 245, and that's just asking for bent wheels. It'd be better to go with the 20" wheel combination.

I had 22x8.5 with 225/30 front and 22x9.5 with 235/30 rear.

Some places are probably telling you they don't fit because they're kinda right. Even with the thinnest tire, it's still gonna be a bit taller than your stocks. When you get bigger rims, you're supposed to get thinner tires so they don't exceed the height of the stock tires. You just have to get a more conservative offset and width than you would if you were getting 20s.

I bent rims about every 3 months but I got a lot of compliments lol

Here's mine...

Finally went ahead and put the Vossen CV-T on this GS and just wanted to know what everyone thinks giving their honest opinions and everything.

Thanks,
Kenny

Imo it would look better, lowered. But depending on your tires size you will rub if lowered.
What sizes did you go with? I just put ag wheels on mine went with 22x9 225/30/22 and 22x10.5 245/30/22 with rolled fenders. Im lowered so it rub in the front a bit due to the offset. i will be getting air in a couple weeks. My previous set was HRe 22x9.5 22x10 no rubbing but offsets were not as aggressive

I like it. But as long as you like it is all that matters.

Yea it will look better if u eliminate the wheel gap, the wheel gap kills the look. And man u must be watching the roads like a hawk!

Wheels look good. Like any after market wheels, I think it'll look better with a slight drop, but yes, they may rub.

Looks way better than I would have guessed! It would look even better with a nice drop, but the fitment does look aggressive so you'll likely need a fender roll and some camber.
