Default rear bumper removal

like the title says looking for removal information....replaced rear bumper with OME parts and the body shop did a **** poor job on fitment.the are blaming defect part from lexus ...want to try adjusting myself before i bring this back to lexus...thanks for any help out there

Take screws out upper bumper ends inside wheel well. A screw under the bumper on both sides Take out clips under bumper then take off the 2 circle caps by middle of upper bumper, you will see it when u open the trunk. Then pull on the end and work ur way around

If any one has pics that would be even better. But this should help a lot
