Do not push it. It's an ejection button

I have tested it twice, both times was after service was renewed. Simple said I was testing the system to make sure all was working well. They had no problem with that, they answer quickly. Nice to have if you need to use it.

Used it twice. Once as a test when I asked for directions. They sent it straight to your Navi.

Other time, I got wedged between a snow bank and my garage. Hit SOS and asked for a tow truck. It took them several hours but they eventually came and towed me out. No charge for the tow.

Used the SOS button when a hit and run hit me from behind and my wife in the passenger side was hurting from whiplash. Police and ambulance there in 2 minutes and I received directions with an operator staying with me till I also got to the hospital after ambulance left with my wife. Some directions for other trips but worth it.

This is the main reason for it, no other reason to really press it hope your wife is ok as well. The SOS button in the Lexus works a whole lot better than the one in the BMW i pressed that and had to wait a couple of minutes for it to connect.

I was informed that you could order a package that would allow you to press it and ask the concierge for directions, then they would send them directly to your GPS.

Nope that should be the enform app which if you go into navigation there is an option to call them and then they will load the address on your navigation.
