2013 gs a/c tsb
Got our 2013 GS350 AWD last Oct.
Had the air on first real humid day and after a while my wife got water on her feet on the pax side when I turned.
Dealer said a TSB just came out for the 4GS and we were the first in the area.
TSB 0067-12 Evaporator case not draining.
RR blower case and installed revised seal and flapper valve.
Problem solved.

Thanks for the info, just passing on an FYI, shame on the dealer.
I didn't see any threads dealing with this particular problem and wanted to pass it on since it also doesn't appear with the other TSBs listed on this site.

The same thing happened to me several years ago...during a 1,000 mile road trip. The culprit was a grease pencil jammed in the A/C drain hose. The grease pencil was "installed" by an oil change technician so that he didn't get dripped on...BTW, it was a Pontiac and a Pontiac dealer.
