I'm sure the ML is great, but the base audio is just fine for me.

Unfortunately, the LS is at the dealer with the dash disassembled waiting on the part to make the navigation work. Won't have it back until midweek next week. Not thrilled at all with such a new car undergoing such a significant repair.

Will be trying to negotiate some sort of compensation from the dealer...

Fitment issues, and loose or missing fasteners/clips, rattles, and physical marks would be a concern for me. Hope all goes well because the papers are already signed.

Same here.

I floated the idea that if I was not 100% happy with the outcome I would be expecting a replacement vehicle, and they were receptive to that, so we will see

FWIW the dealer is working hard to help me through this. The service manager was texting with me at 9:30 at night keeping me updated, the sales manager gave me his personal cell phone.

to replace the navigation there should be no need to remove the dash. just shift plate area and the radio area. the screen does not have to move

Yeah thats all it is I'm sure.

Been getting emails from the enform app that its being started and moved around, hood is open, etc. Hopefully they got the part and they are working on it...

Did Lexus find a use for that Lexus insider app on your nav screen? 14 months later and it's never had any kind of anything on it for me.
