I will let the picture speak for itself. Bracket racing at Spring Nationals.

Best run of the day was 14.026 at 99.03mph. A bit slower than the 13.84 at Atco but expected as the weather is hotter and the elevation slightly higher.

Only mod are the lightweight Enkei Wheels you see on the car.

Even the big money boss was there...

ET bracket drag racing is the only type of racing you can take a basically stock car to and win money with. No real consumables cost to participate is a plus.

Competition is always fun. Winning and going home a few hundred richer while having fun is even better.

Pretty cool. I posted hoping to get more GS owners to see its easy to try motorsports stuff. I like all types of racing. Although I prefer less consumables and car prep when possible.

I usually do not keep the time slips once an event is over. I used to but I realized they fade over time anyway.

The awd does not allow tire spin even with traction off. So 35psi in the tires is fine.

I never manually shift due to the need for consistency. I do put the trans in M1 and power brake to 2000rpm at launch. Just let the computer shift at redline.
