Smile Wood steering wheel for 2014 GS350

Hello fellow Lexus fiends,

Does anyone have a OEM Lexus GS350 steering wheel that is the luxury package with the wood and leather?
I have a 2014 GS350 with the full leather wheel.
I would love to buy one or swap it out in case that's what you'd prefer.
My leather steering wheel is in perfect condition, not a scratch on it.

Please let me know if you guys and gals have any suggestions regarding this topic

I highly appreciate any response,

Attila

Just FYI, the wood wheel from a luxury will not match the wood interior on your premium/base GS350. It has a matte burlwood trim, the luxury has a glossy linear espresso trim.

Somewhere in the world they make a matte burlwood wheel actually. I've seen it on Japan spec cars.

Here is a picture of a foreign GS with the matte burlwood wheel. This one has an ecru/ivory interior too which is very sharp:

I wish Lexus offered more interior leather colors like BMW does.

Thank you for all the responses. I really appreciate them. I know the would in my GS is that matte finish, but I still would like one.
Any suggestions where I could buy one of these wheels? Besides a dealership.

Thank you

Think it's going to tough outside of a totaled car at a salvage yard. Good luck

Thank you, I'm afraid you're correct and will only be able t get one from a junk/salvage yard.

I appreciate all your responses

I agree that you should try getting one from a salvaged car because all you really need is the outer rim anyways. You can use the center hub on your current wheel.

I personally think the mismatched wood wheel would look terrible.

Another option is to contact one of these companies that custom makes wood/leather steering wheels to see if they could make a wheel that would match your wood interior.

Here is one such company:

Here's another:

This will likely be cheaper than an OEM wood wheel too.

To OP..... you sir are 4 months too late. 4 months ago I went ahead and stiched and wrap leather on my wood steering wheel because I hate wood steering wheel. If you had made this post 4 months ago I would be more than happy to trade with you. But I like the end result of my wheel leather stiching too much i think I will just keep it as is. Good luck finding your wood steering wheel.
