Do you know if they glued the top edge to the bumper?

The fitment is very close to oem fitment after working with the PU for a few days with minimal to no gaps. All in all i'm happy with the end result.
He originally added black silicone to seal up the gaps but it looked messy so he removed the silicone and worked with the pu to fit a bit more flush. He plastic welded some screws onto the diffuser so it can sit closer to the bumper. It replaces the oem diffuser not go over it.
