Is it possible to...program my 2013 GS so seat warmers/heated wheel come on at start?

Update:
Well, what do you know? I found the "s-flow button, turned it on and it seems that even when I turn off the heated seats, the driver's side DOES turn on when I use the remote start. The passenger side does not come on though as far as I have noticed.
Not sure if it is related to the low temps we've been having, but sure enough...it is working.

Thanks to the technology guy from Thompson Lexus, I believe I have the answer the the seat heaters recalling their setting after the car is turned off and back on.
If you have the luxury package, like I do, the heater part is different than the base model, which probably results in the different behavior.
