The NX has the fake sound from the speakers? I didn't know that. Man I don't like the direction Lexus is heading with these fake sounds. They need to stop copying others.

Oh damn! I didn't see that on my NX loaner. I'm guessing the IS/GS 200t will have that too.

Only F-Sport NX's have it.

Maybe. IS and GS both have their sound generator on the intake currently. Not sure if it's currently cost effective to rework that.

correctly, only on the fsport. that's the press car i got. it's funny when i was driving and i started playing with the volume button. loud -> quiet -> loud -> quiet.... and the car was just doing the same speed

I like the sound generator from the intake...that's cool.

But damn, this is so sad when we made fun of the M5 having the fake sound

Now lexus is following in this foot step....need a facepalm emoticon

It is bad.

At least intake sound is still ur engine sound, but speakers? I mean, come on people!

the sound generator on the is/gs fsport at least uses a resonator by the intake to generate real sound and let it through into the cabin. even though i still don't like it, i might let it barely pass

having fake sound generated in the cabin according to rpm that's a whole different thing

All those pictures with the 3 Bar LED but when the car was being showed it has the normal Projector LED??

Am I missing something

The tri-LED headlights are an option. The projector LED headlights are standard. Naturally, Lexus wants to show off in the press photos but realistically most builds will have the standard ones.

That V8 does not need a fake speakers sound! All they gotta do is tune the intake and exhaust and let it growl! It's a V8 dammit.

great video. i agree, there should be no need for any of the asc. lexus did it very well with the isf, just don't let the insulation get in the middle.

i am just not a big fan of how the video shows the driver pulling on the shift **** giving the illusion that it's a stick shift
