Default 2015 GS 350 F Sport Lease (December Sales Event)

Hey guys,

Looking to see if I'm getting a good lease deal on the 2015 GS 350 F sport (fully loaded) RWD.
Black exterior and interior.

MSRP : $57,685.
36 mos.
15,000 miles
Monthly payment: $470.00 (includes taxes & fees)
$3000.00 due at signing.
Residual value at 70%.
$1450 rebate and first months payment waivered.
I'm in So Cal, Los Angeles.

Need some feedback on this before I pull the trigger. Thanks!

Hi,
I would start by searching around here, since there's been a lot of good discussion recently on leases and what people are getting in SoCal. It doesn't sound like a good deal to me if you're having to come in with 3K down and your still at 470.

For comparison, I got into a 2015 F sport, with ML sound, and some other add-ons, and I'm at 520 a month, tax incl, with 0 down and 12k per year.

Thanks for the help. My offer seems similar to yours assuming youre on a 36 mos lease as well.

My offer:
$3000+35 mos. x 470 = $19,450 (1st month waived)

Your lease:
36 mos. x $520 = $18,720

Difference:
$730.

I am paying for an additional 3k miles and I do drive alot. I've estimated my annual mileage and it comes between 12-14k. I guess this deal I was offered suits my driving habits. But I will keep looking and search for better deals. Thanks for the two cents!

You can get a better deal. Aim for 2k down instead.

I was quoted 0 down $506 including tax at Longo Lexus. Lease terms were almost identical except I went with 12k instead of 15k. My residual is around $36,000. I put 2 down to bring payments down to $443 and added a Lexus maintenance that bumped back up to $482.. I think you can do better then your deal. I would advise negotiate it with 0 down 1st. THEN put 2 down when u think u got the payment lowest possible. GOOD LUCK

How are these figured and when do you bring it up during negotiations? So far I'm at $51k on a $57 MSRP 2015 Crafted Line GS 36/15k 62 RV and .0009 MF. Suggestions guys?

Why not wait a few weeks and see what the refresh looks like?

Don't put money down on a lease. People around here put nothing down and still got payments under $500.

True but the refresh will possibly get new colors and features. Plus it will look newer longer. OP might not care about that but it's definitely something to consider.
