40, married with 5 kids, retired Air Force, and am now a Senior Software Engineer. Almost always drove Toyota vehicles, so naturally Lexus was my choice of luxury vehicles. My new job requires me to commute 130+ miles a day, so comfort and safety have become the major driving factors (no pun intended) for getting a new Lexus. My new GS350 is on order and should be here in 2-3 months. My '09 Camry will go to my 17 year old son when the GS finally arrives. I first looked at the ES350, but life here in Colorado is much easier with an AWD, so I decided to step up to the GS. I'm not into the F-Sport, but I did order one with all of the bells and whistles (HUD, LKA, PCS, etc.). Now I can only wait and dream.

I'm 22. Married. 2 kids. I was a project manager of natural gas production for ConocoPhillips but now I work Property and Casualty insurance. My wife drives a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and she works nights in the ICU, she became a nurse about 6 months ago. Nice to have two incomes now

I'm really surprised to see how many people are in their late 20's and 30's and don't have kids. I feel weird lol

Usually when it comes to Internet forums, there will be a disproportionate of IT people no matter what forum you are on. Forum people tend to be tech people, generally. Most of the people I see driving Gen 4 GS350s are older people. Very few young people can afford a 50+K car. And the older people who can afford them don't really frequent Internet forums.

I'm the 1st of four kids in the family. I felt like I raised my 3 younger siblings. No rush to have any if any at all. Only half asian here. Anybody see a trend yet? LOL

Fewer and fewer, educated career minded people are having kids these days. They are too damn expensive. LOL

My older brother had one when he was 30ish and he was done. Even with just one niece, I was going broke spoiling her. LOL

My wife is also a nurse...two incomes is definitely nice She's still driving her '05 Mazda 3 until she's done with grad school (not too much longer now). An NX is on the list of considerations

At first this made me uncomfortable, then I realized I think I was taking it the wrong way.

The NX looks really cool, I definitely dig the interior.

I'm a fairly new GS450h owner: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...erage-guy.html

Just turned 31 last week (). Actually it's more like this face now - getting "older" is no fun anymore, lol.

Not married & no kids, but would like to "settle down" soon in life.

Currently work in healthcare.. more in the Finance/Accounting realm.. definitely a techy though, so I get along with IT folks fairly well

Always dreamed of owning a somewhat sporty, luxurious Lexus so I'm very thankful & fortunate to be amongst you all!

24 year old recent college graduate here. Got the car back in 2012. Worked my tail off in HS and got a great scholarship that covers bachelors all the way up to a PhD. Saved up a ton over money and got the GS. Coming from a '95 325i I desperately needed a more reliable car I was set to get new G37S until I stumbled upon a CPO GS and fell in love.
