Doesn't sound very good.

Every $1000 you use as a down payment should lower the price by $30/mo for a 3 year lease.

Your security deposits should be kicking in too. How am I paying $442, with $0 down, but using MSD's? Your extra 3k miles per year aren't that much more..

You didnt give us enough info.
What residual did they give you, 59%?
What is the cap cost you negotiated?

My dealer quoted me $520 for 36 months with 10K miles per year (I think) and zero down for a 2015 FSport with MSRP $57K something. These cars are really a steal! Back then it was in the 600s.

Great deals with Lexus right now... I was able to lease my $58k sticker priced 2015 GS 350 F Sport AWD for around $20 more per month than the original car I was looking at, a $43k Acura TLX. I was coming from an Acura TL so it seemed logical to look at the TLX but the car has ZERO thrill factor. I almost feel like it's my duty to go stand outside of Acura dealers with a sign saying to go lease a GS instead!

Hilarious... I felt the same way about the TL and made the switch. 0 regrets, well minus my reckless driving ticket

Remember the best way to get one of these amazing deals is to get an internet quote (with VIN#) and then call the next dealer and see if they will beat it. email everyone in a 250 mile radius.

Look at this deal:

Drive off - $1211 (TTL and first month)

*36/15k*
$509.12/month INCL taxes (8%) without any MSD at .0009 (fico 720+) money factor

$442.47 INCL taxes with max (9) MSDs. $4050 for max MSDs which is refundable at the end of the lease. Money factor with 9 MSD .00018.

After having leased BMWs, I'm very familiar with MSDs. And the $4050 MSDs is going to save me about $2400. The return on $ is incredible. I don't have experience with lexus MSDs but with BMW it was painless and got a full refund after my lease was up.

Wow what a deal!

I'm thinking of an M4 and this is making me rethink a little. Longo actually called me last week offering to take my GS back 4 months early and give me a new one.

Read this thread before I leased my 2015 GS350 F Sport and wanted to say thanks to all that posted. I was able to use this thread to help me get the deal below:

$57,685 MSRP
$51,702.25 gross cap cost (includes $700 acquisition fee)
$0 drive off
$498 a month including tax (Santa Clara County)
36 months
12k miles per year
.00090 MF (tier 1+ credit)

2015 Lexus GS350 F Sport Lease
Exterior color: Nebula
Interior color: Cabernet
Options: ML, IPA, BSM, Z2 accessory package

Emailed 12 dealerships in my area and had 2 to choose from that were under $500 a month. Went with Stevens Creek Lexus as they were closest to my house and willing to beat one other dealer by .88 cents. Valley Lexus in Modesto quoted me at $498.88.

Just got F sport GS 350 yesterday at Twin cities MN
MSRP 58465
Gross Capitalized cost 54230
Cap Cost reduction 0
RV 38002.25 (70%)
Amortized amount 16,227.75
Rent charge 597.60
Total of Base periodic Payments: 16,825.35
Monthly payment (includes tax) 467.37 x 35 months= $16,825.35
$0 dollars downpayment but used MSD's
Lease term 36 months/ 10 K miles per year.

I used MSD x 9 payments with refundable security deposit of $4275.
I traded my car to cover the MSD's
Lexus lease cash of 1800 was utilized and 1st month payment as per current promo.

This forum helped me a lot in getting this rate especially utilizing MSD's in decreasing MF.
initial MF was 0.0009 but decrease to 0.00018.
Tax was also covered by the trade vehicle but went to MSD's at the end.

Good luck in finding a good deal.

Default leasing thoughts

hi for all those leasing, i am amazed at the amount of buyers putting money down on leases. not that i know it all but have been leasing and negotiating deals on cars for 20 years and am pretty good at saving friends and family thousands. if interested please read the tips below on negotiating leases and hope it helps some of the posts i read i cringe at the thousands of dollars all is leaving on the table.

1) always negotiate leases for the shortest term if the lease factor is good. 36 months max 24 is best to avoid dealing with brakes and tires if your doing over 15 k in a lease a year
2) when negotiating always negotiate with comparing three dealers and use the numbers you get from the dealers to go to the place you want to finalize your deal. i usually will call two dealers if one says 425/ month tax in i tell the other 405 month and see if i can get two other dealers to beat the original number. if i get resistance then i know the number is pretty good
3) always and mean always put first month, fees at a max no extra money down on a lease no money down if you can't afford the payment with no money down don't buy the car
4) when you finalize your deal at the dealer you want and are sitting down close the deal by adding mileage on the lease. tell them i am prepared to move forward with the 10 k lease if you can do it with 12k. if its 12 go to 15. this way it buffers you from mileage worries, and is usually helpful unless your a buyer thats doing 10 k a year which i am seeing a lot of those leases so it may not help.
5) another thing about major money down with leases is if you total the car, i know that whats gap insurance is for but if you put 3 to 5 k down on a lease you will lose it.
6) in warm states have them tint the windows as a throw in to close the deal
hope these help, its simple negotiate with three dealers at the end of the month, no money down just inception fees, try to avoid dealer fees,
safe driving
