So, I went in to Lexus of Pleasanton and here is basically the numbers they gave me...
2015 F-Sport
NGP / Cabernet (want black, but we used cab in our exercise)
Nav & ML & Parking Assist / Blind Spot
0.0009 MF
$51,000 Sales Price
$1850 Rebate
Residual was something like .69 and he had a grid/matrix he used and said no one modifies the residual, true or false?
27 months was like $560
36 months was like $535
What do I have to do to get a 2015 F-Sport in NGP/Black, with ML & Navi for $500? Does the dealer need to drop the sale price down to $48k or something?
Then I go back and forth between new and used and used 2013's are going for like $38-40k, which is spot on for $6000 annual depreciation. Problem is, it's hard finding 2013's used even here in the SF Bay Area (that are clean and a fair price). So, I end up looking at new again.
Is anyone getting sales prices down in the $48k range?

No, I did not get my car yet. People seem to keep playing games. So, I inquired with the broker I used on my prius and he said he could get me a 36 mo/12k for the specs I want for $500/mo with $1000 down for the tax title and license stuff. His fee is $395. I need to call him and see if he can do better or is skimming off the top of that.

That sounds pretty good! Especially with the maintenance plan. I would do that same deal, minus the rear steering if possible. $3k down is not a problem. Can you show us some documentation to validate any of that? Sounds almost too good to be true. Each $1000 drops it by $30ish bucks/month, so I guess that could be close if it went up $90, you'd be at $529 all in. With maintenance, that still sounds really good. Granted its a Lexus and what will need to be maintained?!

After 4 BMWs, i just picked up a '15 GS350 F-sport. UW/Cab. Loving it so far.
MSRP $57685
Cap cost $51085
Cap cost reduction- $1800 (from the dealership- I think some people have been using this to have 0 drive off)
Drive off - $1211 (TTL and first month)
36/15k
$509.12/month INCL taxes (8%) without any MSD at .0009 (fico 720+) money factor
$442.47 INCL taxes with max (9) MSDs. $4050 for max MSDs which is refundable at the end of the lease. Money factor with 9 MSD .00018.
After having leased BMWs, I'm very familiar with MSDs. And the $4050 MSDs is going to save me about $2400. The return on $ is incredible. I don't have experience with lexus MSDs but with BMW it was painless and got a full refund after my lease was up.

He's very good about returning emails and the buying process was incredibly smooth. Never discussed any prices once I went in. Everything was agreed through emails and I was in and out w a car in an hour or so. Tell George that Jim from Riverside sent you. I told him, with his permission that I'd post this deal up. Good luck to everyone in the market but this deal is a no brainer.
