Footwell Lights so dim!
There is not much to complain about in my GS250 but the footwell lights are so dim! Even at night you would never know they were fitted.
Has anyone tried to replace the lamps for a higher wattage? The curious thing is that the manual gives no specification for the bulb. I suspect it may be a hard-wired LED.

Yes, the overall interior lighting is very dim. Especially with the black carpet in the F Sport, you don't really see anything. I guess we are saving energy. I'm glad I mostly drive during the day, but I notice it when I park in underground parking for my gym.

Yes but the OP is in Florida, USA no? We have GS250 here?!
And the Carista app cannot make them brighter than it is now. At least mine didn't change.

Yes, the GS250 is my UK car. Right-hand drive and bought a few months ago. The dealership had registered it back in January but it was unsold. I bought it with 36 miles on the clock.
F-Sport 2.5 liter V6 and non-hybrid. Sonic Silver with black interior. Obviously it is not as fuel-efficient as the hybrid but this was reflected in the deal price.
So far as I can tell, all UK Lexus models are now hybrid. Unike the US, diesel is very popular throughout Europe for passenger cars and I gave up a Jaguar XF diesel to buy the GS.
