Talking New GS owner joining the ranks, got a rattle thats irritating.

Well, we finally pulled the trigger on a CPO 2013 Liquid Platinum AWD Luxury.
We love this car
Always reading on the CL, great knowledge learned here. We have a SC 430 as well.

Two things that are issues:
1. Rattle from the dash front right speaker cover, just tapping on it causes it to make noise. Want to pull it off but not positive how it comes out. Going over little bumps cause's the rattle. I believe if I could get it out I could fix it quickly, because it sounds like its right under the cover. Most irritating

2. Appears to be hard drive noise coming from underneath center control console, making varying buzzing (spinning ) noise, compared it to another 2013 and it did not make the noise. Can be clearly heard when shutting down the car or in just power mode, as in listening to stereo. Very annoying, already talked to my dealership about it, they are researching it to see what will need to be done. Anybody have that problem ?

Any thoughts on the above are appreciated.

I have 17,500 miles on my car and the only rattles I hear are from the passenger side seat belt and the grab handle right to the left side of my head. Nothing coming from the console, dash or speakers.

I have a new 2014 GS350 AWD F-Sport, 2 weeks old -

I hear a spinning noise (like a spinning noise that is slowing down) when I shut my car off. I thought it was strange - but I only hear it when shutting off the car (haven't really listening for it any other time) - so I thought maybe it was normal.

Anyone else have this noise?

There is a noise that is normal when turning the car off and that is the ac shutter shifting to open, especially if the air was on recirculate.

You might want to the car put it into power mode (foot off brake and hit start button) as if you were going to listen the stereo or media, then listen for it while everything is silent.
If it is a load spinning noise, that is not normal, the NAV HD should be hardly be audible when spinning.

I just got the dash front speaker noise fixed. After getting the cover off and tapping around I noticed that 1 of the 3 speaker bolts was a little loose, which allowed the washer under it to move making the rattling noise. Tightened 1/4 turn and problem solved. Was the bolt closest to the right pillar.

This grab handle rattle is beyond annoying. Need to get this fixed asap. Ive also been hearing some sort of rattle in my roof panel now. It occasionally sounds like something is rocking around inside and I've never opened my moonroof before. This all started happening after I hit a massive nyc pothole and popped my tires.

How do you get the cover off?
